Document / Data Control

The scope of this module is to establish a master register of documents, identifying current status of each document.


The scope of this module is to ensure that sub-contractors are selected on the basis of their capacity to satisfy specified requirements.

Control of Customer Supplied Products

The scope of this module is to ensure that the customer certifies that all goods and services supplied conform to specified requirements and that any non-conformances have been suitably dispositioned.

Product Identification / Traceability

The scope of this module is to identify the source of materials, goods or services and provide traceability of delivery and pick up from a designated client or supplier.

Process Control

A process through which a business seeks to ensure that product quality is maintained or improved and manufacturing errors are reduced or eliminated.

Control of Non-Conforming Products

The scope of this module is to identify and classify any non-conformance and determine the procedure for rejection or concession, repair or re-grading of the product or service.

Corrective & Preventative Action

The scope of this module is to describe the means by which the causes of non-conformances are reported.

Quality Records

The scope of this module is to describe the Master Register, indexing and filing system to provide traceability of quality records.

Internal Quality Audits

The scope of this module is to detail the steps to be taken in conducting an internal quality audit regarding the Business’s Quality System inclusive of compliance with statutory bodies relevant to OH&S and the Environment.

Training / Education

The scope of this module is to determine the education, training, experience and skills required to perform assigned and specific tasks.

Occupational Health and Safety

This scope defines the Workplace health and safety processes and practices the Business will observe during the Contract’s term.

Environmental Management

This scope defines the Environmental processes and practices the Business will observe during the Contract’s term.
